I’m not sure what happened

You don't need to be sure.

If something feels wrong, that's reason enough. Many spiking substances leave the body within hours — waiting for certainty often isn't possible, and isn't required.

What to do right now:

Still feeling symptoms? Don't be alone. Call 155 (ambulance) or 112 (English-speaking) or go to an ER.
Within the last 12–24 hours? A hospital can test your urine for GHB, benzos, and ketamine. The window is short.
Longer ago? Hair tests can detect substances weeks later. Ask a doctor.
Preserve evidence: Keep clothes unwashed in a paper bag. Save screenshots, locations, names, the venue.
Getting checked medically doesn't commit you to reporting.

It's not your fault. Spiking is a crime committed against you. Nothing you drank, wore, or did makes you responsible.
